Hello all! It has certainly been a busy time since the start of the year here at Priestley Smith School. So busy, in fact that we haven’t updated our blog! Well, watch this space as we will soon be having some updates for you including information about our Christmas Fayre as well as Key Stage 3’s recent trip to the Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham to see Awful Auntie.
Today T’Sh wrote a blog on her own. Here it is:
Today I’m going to tell you about lunch in the Arena.
The first thing I do is get my money out of the bag.
Then I go to the lunch section and I get a baguette.
Finally I got back to school.
This week I completed the English exam.
The exam was difficult.
We had a group discussion.
Then we had song to celebrate that exam was over. by T’Sh
Writing an email:
We are doing a exam and working hard.
After I catched the bus because I have a bus pass.
In the morning I have a wash.
Then I go downstairs to have my breakfast.
Kind regards T
Today I went to the shops with Miss Banks. I bought sweets.
Here is a list of the sweets:
I am writing about our Christmas Fair. It’s on 1st of December from 12-3. The things you can do is buy things, guess the amount of sweets in a jar, teddy tombola, hook-a-duck, lucky dip, guess the name of a teddy.
I will help set everything up. I will also sell makeups and jewellery. I feel a bit nervous because there will be too much crowds but I will be brave.
The Christmas Fair is on Friday the 1st of December 2017.
It starts at 12:00 PM and it finishes at 15:00 PM.
Year 10 are setting up the Christmas Fair on Friday morning and doing the Christmas Fair Friday afternoon. Year 10 are going to get a chance to go round the fair and try out the games and the stalls and buy something as well. So bring some money and enjoy yourself.
It is important for us to recycle plastics because if left in the sea it could cause pollution and if left in the sea could cause danger to the creatures.
I recycle plastics bottles and put into grey recycling bin at home.
I went to my Auntie’s with my family and I had a birthday party. In my Auntie’s house in the tent we had some food and drink. In the tent with Her family and some friends new played musical chairs. What did you do?
